Massage Therapies
All of these therapies are for adults only
Foot Reflexology x1 hour treatment and 30 minute treatments

Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet to provide stress relief, improve mood and ease pain.
It is based on the theory that the feet are connected to certain organs and body systems and by applying pressure to specific areas on the feet a range of health benefits are offered.
It also helps to keep the body in balance, calm the central nervous system and promote relaxation as well as giving the person a sense of general wellbeing.
Hot stone massage x1 hour treatment and 30 minute treatments
£55 and £35
Hot stone massage involves the placing of heated stones onto the body for the relief of pain, inflammation, stress relief , knotted muscles and general wellbeing.
During the massage, flat heated stones made of Basalt are used on various areas to increase blood flow, help muscle spasms and increase flexibility.
The warmth of the stones not only soothes the mind and soul but also relaxes the body too so that you have an enjoyable, calming experience.
Full body or back, neck and shoulders you choose.
Hot/Cold Stone Massage x1 hour treatment and 30 minute treatment

Hot and cold stone combined massages are so good for grounding and balancing the body and also for promoting deep relaxation, clearing the sinuses of congestion and aiding deeper muscle relaxation.
When the hot stones are applied to the body they increase blood flow, oxygen and nutrients and when the cold stones are applied they ease any joint issues, knots, tension, pain and swelling.
Full body or back, neck and shoulders, you choose.
CRYSTAL WAND MASSAGE X1 HOUR TREATMENT AND 30 MINUTE TREATMENTS

Crystal wands come in all kinds of shapes and sizes and serve as channels for our planets natural healing energies.
During a massage they trigger the chakra energy that is within them thus promoting a deep sense of relaxation, healing and a sense of overall wellbeing.
They also release negativity, extract stale or stagnant energy blockages, ease joint soreness and inflammation, reduce tension and anxiety and encourage positivity.
Full body or back, neck and shoulders, you choose.
Children's Therapies
All of these therapues can be done with babies and children/teenagers up to the age of 19

Energy and Crystal Work
All of these therapies are based around energy healing and the use of crystals
Crystal Healing (x1 hour treatment)

Crystal Healing is done mainly with clear quartz crystals that are placed in certain positions on and around the body to realign its energy fields and open up the chakras to promote an overall feeling of general wellbeing.
It redistributes the correct energies to restore harmony and also bring balance to both the physical and subtle bodies and it helps remove any stress, negativity and anxiety whilst promoting relaxation, positivity and calmness.

Remedial/Rehabilitation Therapies
These therapies are designed to help with injuries, illness and chronic pain
Bowen Therapy (x1 hours treatment)
£65
Bowen therapy is effective because it takes the body out of a sympathetic nervous system state and puts it into a parasympathetic nervous system state so it is relaxed, calm and chilled out.
It works on the fascia which is connective tissue that surrounds and holds every organ, blood vessel, bone, nerve fibre and muscles in place and is also good for joint pain, injuries and inflammation.
As well as this it also sends a placebo effect to the brain so you feel a good sense of general well-being.
